Tuition Assistance Scholarships

scholarship8VIST also offers the tuition assistance scholarships to eligible students. The tuition assistance scholarship will be used to pay the portion of the student’s tuition and fees. There are three (3) kinds of tuition assistance scholarships described as follows:

A.   Veteran Service Scholarship (Depended on Service):

Virginia Institute of Science & Technology (VIST) is committed to supporting the local community by offering affordable tuition to create more qualified cybersecurity professionals to serve in the Northern Virginia area. Effective April 2024, VIST is introducing a Veteran Service Scholarship Program for all veterans throughout the United States. To qualify, the student must show that he is a U.S. Veteran who served the military at least 3 months. This scholarship make veterans ONLY to pay whatever their GI BILL eligible tuition granted without any addition cost.

B.    Community Financial Aid Scholarship of $5,000.00 (12 courses):
