VIST Chairman Dr. Martin Ma Received President Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joseph Biden Jr.

The 2022 President’s Lifetime Achievement Award (PLAA) is given by President Joseph Biden Jr to Dr. ST Martin Ma, Chairman, CEO and Founder of Virginia Institute of Science & Technology (VIST). The Award recognizes Dr. Ma’s voluntary services in last three decades in Community Services, Sociate Service, encourage Asian/Chinese Americans and minority to integrate into mainstream society, spent more than 10 years devoting to build Virginia Institute of Science & Technology, etc. The PLAA is the highest award of the civic services for American citizens by President every year.
