VIST Chairman Dr. Martin Ma Received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joseph Biden Jr.

The 2022 President’s Lifetime Achievement Award (PLAA) was given by President Joseph Biden Jr to Dr. ST Martin Ma, Chairman, CEO and Founder of Virginia Institute of Science & Technology (VIST). The Award recognizes Dr. Ma’s voluntary services over the past three decades in Community Services, Social Services, encouraging Asian/Chinese Americans and minority to integrate into mainstream society, and dedicating more than 10 years devoting to build Virginia Institute of Science & Technology.

The PLAA is the highest award of the civic services award for American citizens by President every year.
