Honorable Expert Advisory Board (HEAB)
The VIST’s Honorable Expert Advisory Board (HEAB) is made up of well-known experts and distinguished leaders in the field of higher education development & planning, institute management & strategy, international cooperative education, fundraising, regional accreditation processing, and U.S. higher education public policies, etc., come from the world’s most prestigious universities and government agencies.
The members of the Honorable Advisory Board at VIST hold honorable leadership positions without employment and salary nor compensation from VIST. However, VIST will give honorariums to honorable advisors. HEAB members provides expert advice to guide the Institute quickly and safely grow in the right-direction, and successfully achieve VIST’s vision and mission.
The HEAB members will not be assigned particular tasks or responsibilities by VIST. They are honors volunteers. The VIST HEAB members serve for a 3-year per term and are renewable. The HEAB members only need to attend the HEAB annual meeting (or via teleconference if they cannot personally attend).
